Heita daar — James here. I run Growth and Justice as a space for purposeful content, tools, and conversation. I care about your privacy the same way I care about trust, fairness, and connection in the real world.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, I collect:

• Your email address

• Your name (if you choose to give it)

• Basic analytics like open rates, clicks, and what you’ve read — so I can improve what I send

If you reply to an email or send me a message, I’ll receive whatever you share with me — and I’ll treat it with care. (All the tools I use have 2FA authentication as a minimum.)

2. What I do with it

I use your info to:

• Send you the newsletter

• Understand what’s helpful or interesting

• Occasionally invite you to events, tools, or things I think you might like

I don’t sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for profit. Ever.

If I partner with others in the future (for events, community, or consulting), I’ll always let you know what’s being shared, why, and get your consent where needed.

3. How your data is stored

I use platforms like Substack or Ghost to manage subscriptions and send emails. These platforms have their own privacy policies and secure systems — and I trust them to store your data safely.

I also use tools like Google Analytics or Plausible (privacy-first) to understand how the website is used, in an anonymous way.

4. Your choices

• You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the link in any email

• You can email me at james@growthandjustice.com if you want your data deleted, or if you have questions

• If I ever do anything that makes you feel unsure — please let me know

5. Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes, I’ll update the page and let you know via email if anything important shifts.
