It’s called Broforce, and it’s equal parts absurd and brilliant. Local studio Free Lives made it years ago, but it still pops up on “best indie” lists worldwide.

It’s proof that South African game design can be as bold, funny, and sharp as anything from Seattle or Tokyo. Supporting work like this keeps the creative economy alive here — and gives us more to play with than imported blockbusters.
