Justice often gets talked about in terms of rights and policy. But in practice, it’s pipes, roads, and power lines.

If a community can’t get clean water, children miss school. If there’s no road, farmers can’t get produce to market. If the power cuts out, clinics can’t keep vaccines cold.

South Africa’s infrastructure backlog is massive, but so are the gains from fixing it. Infrastructure projects create jobs, improve health, and open markets. They are the foundation on which fairness is built.
