Growth and Justice is a space for thoughtful content, tools, and conversations about work, systems, and personal growth. I (James) do my best to keep this space useful, respectful, and safe. By being here, you agree to a few simple principles:

1. This is for humans.

You’re welcome to read, share, and think with me — but don’t scrape content, spam people, or use this platform in ways that go against the spirit of meaningful, human connection.

2. Your data is yours.

I collect the bare minimum needed to run the newsletter and keep things working. I’ll never sell or misuse your information. You can unsubscribe at any time. (Check Substack or Ghost’s own policies for how they manage platform-level data.)

3. Play nice.

If you comment, reply, or join a private group, please bring curiosity, respect, and care. This is not a place for trolling, hate, or extractive behaviour. If needed, I reserve the right to remove comments or block accounts to keep the space safe and useful for others.

4. No guarantees.

This space is about ideas, tools, and stories — not legal, financial, or medical advice. Use your judgment, trust your gut, and don’t sue me for something you chose to try in your own life.

5. Just now — not forever.

Things will change as I grow this project. If I update these terms, I’ll aim to keep you informed, and always act in good faith.
